In the spirit of being random and spontaneous I have been decided to take
part in a trek to The Great Wall of China for charity, and need you help to
reach my target of £3000

It really is for a worthy and great cause. I will be trekking for ASBAH
(association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus) who help thousands of
children and their families across the UK cope with life with their
conditions. A subject that is close to my heart and home.

For me to donate as much money possible to this fantastic charity and hobble
along the great wall I must raise £3000 by 4th July 2008 So with your help
I¹d like to raise as much money as possible to help give others a better
chance of living with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus ... Or both.
